Trick or Treat!!!

It was a great night! We thought that Bryce was going to give us a hard time about putting on his costume, but he didn't do too bad. Although, we did have to tell him that if he wanted to go see his girlfriend, R, then he had to wear it. Suddenly it wasn't a problem anymore. :) So we went to Aunt Sarah and Uncle Jim's house next door first. We told Bryce that he had to knock on the door and then say Trick or treat. I didn't think that he would understand the concept or would get bored with it pretty quick, but he loved it!! And even though he doesn't really know what candy is, he still liked asking for it and picking out what kind. After that we went to our friend's neighborhood so he could trick or treat with his girlfriend. She was the cutest little fairy in the neighborhood! Her wings even lit up. It had been awhile since they've seen each other, so they were quite excited. They walked all over the neighborhood together getting candy. They both would knock or ring the doorbell and then say "trick or treat". Once they got their candy, they would even say "thank you". It is good to know that our kids will have manners. :)It was so cute!! We had such a good time! And can't wait for next year!!!!!!
