Vacation part 4

I know...I am really posting a lot!!!

One of the days it rained all day. So after the boys got up from their nap, we took them to the Aquarium at Broadway. David and I have been there before and Bryce went to a different aquarium last year, but this one is a lot better. Mike and Shannon even said how cool it was. At one point they have a tunnel that you walk through and all around you is the water, fish, sharks, turtles, etc. It is like you are the one in the tank. It is so cool to see a huge shark swim right over your head! The boys really enjoyed all that they had there to see. I am glad that it rained so we got to go show them the neat things that live under the sea.

Loungin on a rainy day...

Lickin all the food off his fingers. Guess it was good. (look at those green eyes)...

Guess where we are...

Bryce watching...

Big ol' shark...

Me and Bryce...

Watch out, JAWS!...

What's that?

Family surrounded by fish...

They had an area with a bunch of horseshoe crabs in it. You were allowed to pick them up (supervised of course). David was getting one for the boys to see...

N thought it was pretty cool...

Bryce was just a bit scared, what do you think?...

In a giant (fake) clam...

Heath looks amazed...

The boys watching the dive show in the sting ray tank...

Bryce and the sting ray...

N and the sting ray...

They have a shallow tank set up with sting rays in it. There is also a diver that comes around and lets you pet/touch the sting rays. It is really neat. They feel like wet mushrooms. YUCK!! Bryce would put his hand in until the sting ray would get close and then he would get scared, so he didn't touch one. Oh, well...
